Birthday Barn...

Ordinary riches can be stolen, real riches cannot. In your soul are infinitely precious things that cannot be taken from you. -Oscar Wilde

Paper: Wassail (basic Grey,) Chocolate Chip, Very Vanilla (SU)

Inspired???

A house is made of walls and beams; a home is built with love and dreams. -Dr. William A Ward

This week's Inspiration Challenge was a choice of any Wall Calender on Lang.com, I will admit openly that this is NOT my style of art....but, I need more Man cards in my stash and I have been wanted to break out my Artistic Outpost stamps for weeks, so I picked this calendar to start from:

Supplies:
Stamps:
Home Plate (Artistic Outpost)
Paper: Vanilla, Chocolate, Blue (SU)

Bump in the night...

There are very few monsters who warrant the fear we have of them. -Andre Gide
Oh I should not create late at night...I am sitting here giggling at my own joke....

Tuesday is Challenge day at Jacksonbelle Embellishments and this week it is Spotlight October Afternoon
...have you checked out all the delicious paper and stamps Lindsey has by OA??? They are Yummy!!! And there are More coming!!!

I went with a few different papers....Night Light for the monsters (I cut them out for Heather's Spark Friday Challenge.) and the green background (the papers are double-sided goodness!!) and Crunching Leaves...love the Woodgrain side! I also added in a scrap of Jack that I had left from a recent card.

I decided to go with my new favorite card size...a little scrapling for today's cards because I love little itty bitty valentines...So cute!

I sat and thought for awhile about sentiments and decided to print them out from my computer so I could get them Just Right!

I also used Basic Grey paper and a chipboard flower in the corner that I cut using my CB, so this card also works for the Basic Grey Challenge this week!! WOO HOO, I love multi-tasking challenges!

Here is a close-up of all the Stickles I added. :) Sparkle much?? Just keep Stickling, Just keep Stickling :D (That was for you Edie!!!) See how the stitching is not quite a zig zig stitch??? That is what happens when your tension is wrong. :-S I noticed after about an inch of stitching and decided to just leave it!
