Tammi's Halloween Card Kit...

There are nights when the wolves are silent and only the moon howls. -George Carlin
Happy Halloween!!! Hope everyone is having a Super Spooky Day!!!

Today marks the end of the Halloween Card Kits, this one is from Tammi...Super cute, although I had a hard time coloring the cat, I can never get an orange tabby to look right, so he doesn match the paper, but you know what...I like it anyway :)

The paper is Eerie by Basic Grey again...I think we were all thinking on the same wavelength! 3 out of 5 kits had Eerie paper! :) I added lots of Stickles and a few Black (colored with Copics) half back pearls as well as a Spider Web edge (thanks Tammi!)

Have a Wonderful, Safe Holiday and don't eat Too much candy! ;)

Joy to Unity...

Joy is the feeling of grinning inside. -Melba Colgrove

I am So sorry this is up so late...I thought I would be able to get it up a lot sooner, but I needed some couch time, I am still Shot from this cold/flu whatever!

This is my creation for this week's Friends with Flair Blog Hop for Unity, check the Unity Blog for the master list of participants.

I used a textured card base, part of an eyelet lace card by Martha Stewart and Eskimo Kisses by Basic Grey for the base, then I stamped the Joy stamp from Everythings Simply Tiny using Wild Wasabi on white CS, I added a jewel to the center snowflake and then decided to add jewels to the eyelet border as well. I matted the image with a Scalloped Square Nestie that I cut and glued to fit the size I wanted. The card is finished off with a Big ribbon bow...Thanks for stopping by again today! If you are looking for the Halloween Blogger's Challenge card scroll down one post!

I'll try to be back later tonight or tomorrow with the 100,000 Hits Sweets!!

My Halloween Card Kit...

"Though thy crest be shorn and shaven, thou," I said, "art sure no craven,
Ghastly grim and ancient raven wandering from the Nightly shore
Tell me what thy lordly name is on the Night's Plutonian shore!"
Quoth the Raven, "Nevermore." -Edgar Allan Poe
Happy Friday! I am home today recuperating from a fever...body aches are gone so I am hoping I am on the mend. :) Today I am sharing my kit for the Card Kit Swap I particpated in, as you have seen mby my previous post and you will see tomorrow, the other girls went Cute...and I had tons of fun with their kits, but I went a little more spooky...I used Basic Grey Eerie paper and an Inkadinkado stamp called Crow's Gate.

For my card I used the Get Sketchy layout, after I was completely done I realized I really should have used the dark purple paper with webs, but this is what I ended up with...

Thanks for stopping by, I'll be back later with my Unity Friends with Flair post as well as the 100,000 Hits Sweets!

Kim's Halloween Card Kit...

From ghoulies and ghosties and long leggety beasties and things that go bump in the night, deliver us! -Scottish Proverb
Today is Day 3 of the Halloween Card Kits and today is Kim's kit. Kim chose a TAC stamp called Spooky Girls...she isn't very spooky, but boy is she cute!! (Kim is a TAC Rep if you are interested in any of their products!)

Kim combined the sweet little image with Eerie paper from Basic Grey along with Olive Green and Light Purple CS, sorry i don't have the product list here with me at the moment. I colored the image with Copics and added a touch of Kohr-i-noor pencil to the hat to help me with my inability to color things black with Copics. I also used the pencils to create a little sky and grass, as well. I added Stardust Stickles and White Gel Pen accents after cutting the image out with a circle nestie. The layout I used is Mercy's Sketch this week...I replaced the scallops with Martha Stewart's Drippy Goo! :)

Don't forget to take a peek at the other adorable little Witches the Swap Girls created...

Debbie's Halloween Card Kit...

'Tis now the very witching time of night, When churchyards yawn and hell itself breathes out Contagion to this world. -William Shakespeare Hello there, this is the second installment of the Halloween Card Kit series...this kit was put together by Debbie (the Swap Hostess.) I LOVE the image she sent...BewitchedaTude by Stamping Bella. The paper is Memory Box Twilight and is soooo gorgeous! I colored the little witch with a combination of Copics and Kohr-i-noor pencils to make the black look more natural, I was Trying to channel Paula with my coloring and the night sky and even added the little sprinkles of glitter like she does. I definitely didn't get up to Paula's standards, but I really like it anyway! :)

I am giving my procrastination away here by using this week's
SCS Sketch for the layout, she posted it early last night and I was able to get this done, why do today what you can put off 'til tomorrow, LOL :)

The black swirl of pearls is a
Zva Flourish that I cut up to meet my needs and colored with Copic Markers. I went over the buckle on her hat and her dress with a Sakura Stardust pen...

Thanks for stopping by and don't forget to check out the other swap cards!!!

Anna's Halloween Card Kit...

Nothing contributes so much to tranquillize the mind as a steady purpose -Mary Shelley Good Morning! Today is the first post in a series of Halloween Cards I will be posting this week. I participated in another super fun Card Kit Swap...it is sort of like a Long Distance Showbox swap, the difference on this is that No One sees the original card until after we all make our own, so you get a different card from each participant with the same materials. It is a really fun way to play with new and different papers and stamps. Like this little cutie, the image is a digi stamp from Pink Cat Studio...a super cute image that I didn't buy for myself, so this way I get to play with it!

I was excited to see this particular kit because it fit so well with my Inspiration from this week's Cupcake!!! I looked at that chocolate candy covered delight and immediatly though CANDY!!!! :)

I went pretty simple with the layout to show off that super cute candy paper, I just added a little spiderweb ribbon and a few Black Crystals. The image is colored with Copic markers, of course. :)

Thanks for stopping by! Make sure to check out what the other Swap girls came up with and keep an eye out for the rest of this week for more Spooky Goodness on our blogs!

No Layers...

Keep a green tree in your heart and perhaps a singing bird will come.- Chinese proverb
Another week I am a day late on my Blogger's Challenge...I actually had my card done yesterday, but my camera batteries were shot and then I forgot I hadn't posted it until 5 minutes ago! OOOPS!

This week's Challenge was to make a card with no layers, just the card base. I pulled out my Fabriano notecards, my Go-To paper for no layer cards. I paired that with Wintery White Pine by Inkadinkado and used the Misting technique. I added Lots of Stickles and a little star on the top and finished it off with a sweet little Verve sentiment and a few crystals...

Thanks for stopping by! Make sure to come back tomorrow for the New Cupcake Inspiration Challenge...and make sure to link up your Witchy Challenge cards to THIS post by 9 pm tonight (you have 2 hours!) to be considered for the Top 5!!!

The early bird gets the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese. -Jon Hammond
In case you missed the Newsletter (sign up HERE if you want product and sale News from Hope Stamps Eternal) we have a NEW line of stamps available...and Boy, are they Adorable!!!! These stamps are clear polymer and come from Stampavie, the designer, Tina Wenkle, has an eye for cute!!! There are Mice, Opossums, Birds and Raccoons and they are so so sweet!

I grabbed the Mouse, Bird, Ladybug Cupcake first, because...well, because I LOVE cupcakes, of course!!! :) The image is colored with Copic markers and shimmered and shined with Stardust Stickles and Diamond Glaze. The papers are all scraps, the stripe is from Pink Paislee, but I am not sure where the green is from, sorry! For the inside I used an Inkadinkado sentiment that I thought went well with the streamers from the image...
Here is a shot that shows the shimmer and shine a little better (click to see a bigger view)

Witchy Boo...

I'm not a Witch; I'm your wife. -The Princess Bride
Quick post tonight, I finally had a chance to play around a little and put together a card for this week's Cupcake Inspiration Challenge. I went with the witch, the light brown (kraft,) and black for my inspiration. The layout of my card is Mercy's sketch for this week, The patterned paper...that would be the inside of the backing of the package of chipboard!!! WOO HOO, I'm dreaming of a Green Halloween!! :)

Hope you can play along with the Cupcake Inspiration Challenge this week! Here is another look at the cuppie (and the sketch)

No stamps on the front, just a quick, simple sketch with a Chipboard Witch's Hat...

I used the last of the packaging for the inside and added an older Imaginisce sentiment...

Supplies:
Stamps: Happy Halloween (Imaginisce)
Paper: Kraft, Black CS (PTI,) Recycled Packaging
Ink: Staz-On Black
Misc: Glitter Brads, Rest in Pieces Chipboard Stickers
