I am here with my Cupcake Inspiration card!!!! *SHOCK* I know, I have been Horrible lately getting anything made or posted. I got an image done for last week's challenge and then never got the card made... This week I pulled out Keep Cozy by The Greeting Farm and some Jolly By Golly paper from Cosmo Cricket. I started out planning a very Blue card...but it ran away from me when I saw this yummy striped ribbon sitting on the desk. I colored the sweet little Snow Dude with Copics, Added lots of Stardust Stickles then mounted it on a punched scallop square. The snowflakes are from Making Memories, I colored the smaller one with Copics to match it to the paper and switched the crystal brad that comes with it for a silver glittered brad instead. I also Stickled up the larger one. For the sentiment I just cut a little flag and adhered it with a small swoosh, I added a red sequin and a small Pearl Dot to the edge.

Hope you all had a Wonderful Thanksgiving! Mine was amazing, we had family friends up from Utah and it was so nice to sit and visit and reminisce. We ate WAY too much food (my favorite Thanksgiving Tradition!!!) I made PW's Corn & Wild Rice and my family's newest favorite pie, Pumpkin Creme w/ Apple Butter. Football was Awesome, the Packers won, the Raiders lost and my Boys in Blue and Orange kicked but!!! It was a good day all around!

Today is Black Friday, which means I sleep in as late as possible, check my bank account and then Shop Online!!!! No 4 am lines for me!!! Since it is Friday that also means it is time for another Blogger's Challenge! This week's challenge was to "Alter It!" Perfect challenge for me, I love to alter things and I just finished up the front of my new Standing Christmas Tree from Say it with Letters!

I started the tree by painting around the edges with Bright Green Acrylic paint from Making Memories, then I cut a piece of pink PP a tad smaller than the actual tree, distressed the edges and glued it on. Then I just went wild with Pearl Flourishes, Green & Pink Crystals and Snowflakes! The letters are sparkly stickers I picked up last year.

For the base I stamped some Memory Box CS with a Basic Grey swirl using my new Favorite white ink, Sugar Candy by Elzybells. After the ink had dried I adhered the paper to the base with Decoupage Gel and added some stickles to the swirls after the gel dried.

I am sick today and didn't pull up to the stamp table until 15 minutes ago...my bright idea was to Whip something up quick for the Embellish Magazine Owls Color Challenge, well...I whipped, but I don't know how happy I am! I used the new Holly Ribbons Cuttlebug folder on some Spring Moss and Cameo Coral CS, then just printed out the owl offered for the challenge, mounted and popped it up over some taffeta ribbon. The eyes are half back Gems and I stickled the belly. The Hi is some felt Thickers....
