New Year's Eve Masquerade...

So tomorrow night I am going out with my favorite people to a super fun Masquerade Party at my favorite pub. I decided to go all out, got a new party dress and made a Masquerade Mask!! :)
I purchased the mask, it was white satin covered, so I colored it black with my Copic Marker and went Hog Wild with the Bling!! :)

All of the black makes it hard to see the details, but here is a full shot...

Cherry Nice Day...

Things should be made as simple as possible, but not any simpler. -Albert EinsteinSuper quick and easy card today. I picked up some more Bling at the Michael's Dollar section and thought this one would make a fun card all by itself. I had lots of Red and Green scraps and bits laying on the table from Christmas crafting, so this one came toegther pretty easy!

The bling actually came with three charries on it, but I like the look of a two cherry stem...

Simplicity in Green...

Bracelet Tin...

I made yesterday's JOY letters, one of the Altered Candles I posted earlier this week and this tin with a little bracelet in it.

I hope she likes it!!!


I made myself one of these bracelets with this Holly paper 3 years ago! And I still wear it every Christmas...
I am so bummed 7 Gypsies retired these bracelets, they are so fun to make!!!

JOY...

Joy is the feeling of grinning inside. -Melba ColgroveI love making Christmas gifts and I love altering letters, so this next project was a Super fun one to do!! I have had the letters hanging around for at least a year...maybe two. I used Basic Grey Papers, Ribbon scraps, Prima Flowers, a Zva Pearl Swirl and even a Jingle Bell from my Grandma's pile of Craft Junk!

I love Love Love the colors and as you can see, they match my curtains perfectly! Sadly, I made them for someone else and had to ship them off! :(

Scottie Christmas...

Did you ever notice when you blow in a dog's face he gets mad at you? But when you take him in a car he sticks his head out the window. -Steve BluestoneYou never have enough Christmas cards!!! I was packaging up cards to friends and co-workers (keeping any with big roses or buttons for my co-workers so the envelopes weren't ruined by the Postal Service) and I discovered that I really didn't have enough Christmas cards!!!

I threw this one together with some Delish Basic Grey paper and an adorable Scottie Bling I grabbed at the Mike's Dollar Spot...

A week to go...
